The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. The Lord taught us how and reminded the children of Israel through Moses. All the teachings God gave to Moses were there from the beginning. Example in Genesis 7:2 God was telling Noah to bring in the ark the clean and the unclean beast. God give us time to rest and time to work. Following what God said is so much more than just praying and going to church. God said forgive and there is a good reason for that which affects your health.
